Senior Accountant Job Opening in Austin, Texas - Hale LLP is a rapidly growing Austin-based firm that specializes in accounting, reporting, consulting, and bookkeeping for small to mid-sized businesses. We are currently seeking qualified accounting professionals with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our team. Our office is at 1601 E. 5th, Suite 205, Austin, TX 78702.
Education and Technical Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of accounting experience, public accounting preferred
Minimum bachelor?s degree
CPA or CPA eligible preferred
Experience preparing bank and balance sheet schedules and reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reports
Substantial experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting programs
QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification preferred
Strong Excel skills
Soft Skills:
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
