Sunland is seeking experienced, highly motivated RV Lot Sales Agents to join our team of elites. The primary purpose of this position is to maximize lot sales by potential buyers? capture, retention and follow up. This position requires a strong sales background, understanding of local market, promoting and negotiation. Commission based position only.
Responsibilities
Core duties include the following but are not limited to:
Conducting property tours and showcasing lots.
Providing strategic information about the area and the company.
Deliver a proper sales presentation without false claims.
Oversee and assist in executing entire sales process from start to finish.
FL Broker?s or realtor?s license preferred
Verbal and communication skills to be concise, complete and clear.
Must have excellent customer service skills.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and CRM.
Be able to set priorities, plan, organize and delegate.
