Implementation Specialist Job Opening in Birmingham, Michigan - HomeFirst has an exciting new role to offer which is a blend of Process Development, Implementation, Documentation, Training Specialist and System Administrator.
The ideal candidate is detail oriented and will be needed to create, implement, and manage company-wide process solutions, including training and documentation.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Collaborate with all departments (Operations, Inventory, Sales, Closing, and Accounting) to develop processes and documentation to streamline work flows and aid in training.
Explore existing software tools available for implementation
Create new, and manage existing custom letters, forms and reports as needed.
Create and manage employee training modules and monitor employee results.
Provide training and support to staff.
Requirements include:
Experience with Rent Manager or similar system, and Sales Force
Experience with scripting
Experience with manufactured housing (MH) or multi family housing
Strong Word and Excel skills
Motivated, personable, and curious, in a pursuit of excellence and awesome!
