Position Description
As a Forklift Operator, you will directly support warehousing tasks such as Picking, Packing/Auditing, Loading, Replenishment, Cycle Counting, and Receiving/Putaway functions. Additional responsibilities will include:
Reporting all equipment, order, location, inventory, or process issues to the designated team member.
Interacting with Supervisors, Coordinators, Inbound, Inventory control, and Outbound staff to reconcile open issues.
Communicating internally through the respective department, and externally with every other department.
Ensuring communication occurs with all peers in a polite and professional manner, following the open door policy, informing your chain of command with your issue, and if unhappy with the answer presented, request a conversation at the next level.
Ensuring a clean and clear work area for teammates to fully perform their job duties and our expectations.
Providing feedback to leads, trainers, supervisors and managers on all daily incidents, good and bad.
Position Details:
Location: Southaven, MS
Salary: $15/hr, plus $0.50/hr and $0.65/hr shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift, respectively.

Requirements:
Must have some warehousing experience, specifically with forklift operations (ideally stand-up forklifts).
Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems and associated software is a plus.
