Overview
The ideal candidate will have 5 years? experience in project managing LIMS implementations. Project Management expertise should encompass scope, schedule, budget, team and stakeholder aspects. Expertise with at least one Project Management and one SDLC industry standard is essential. Demonstrated ability to define and measure business, technology, laboratory and end user success criteria.
Desired Qualifications
Project Management certification, e.g. PMI?s PMP
Agile Development certification, e.g. Scrum Master
LIMS Project Management in FDA regulated environment
Demonstrated adaptive project management and communication styles addressing the diverse needs and managing the expectations of stakeholder communities, e.g. sponsors and leadership from quality, business, science and technology
Demonstrated ability to assertively manage and execute LIMS project management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A science, technology or business administration degree
Demonstrated experience and application of a LIMS project life cycle
Demonstrated experience and application of LIMS project life cycle deliverables
Demonstrated understanding and application of at least on following standards:
cGxP, 21 CFR 11, CAP, CLIA, HIPAA, ISO 17025, 13485, ASTM, GAMP, PIC/S
Business, scientific and/or technical understanding at least one of following
Manufacturing, Research and Development, ERP, MES, Instrumentation systems, e.g. chromatography data systems, Quality Management systems, e.g. CAPA, LMS, DMS
