Oak Terrace Health Care Center of Gaylord is looking to hire positive and caring individuals to join our team as direct care providers. Job duties include providing direct care to residents and the equally important role of creating a positive environment to enhance our residents lives. We are hiring both AM and PM shifts for both our nursing home (CNA required) and our assisted living and memory care community (CNA not required). We are excited to adjust pay upward for individuals experience. We aggressively utilize scholarships. We offer a great health insurance plan, generous Paid Time Off, and a matching 401(k).
