The Automotive industry is BACK! Sales are up all over the country! Due to this recent growth, we need to add a few highly motivated individuals to our sales staff in our local Honda dealership. Experience is a plus, but not required! We will happily train and teach you everything you need to know to be successful! These selected individuals will have the opportunity to sell both new and pre-owned automobiles in stock for the potential to see vast rewards. You must have a positive attitude and an eagerness to learn and develop with both the brand and company.
Responsibilities:
Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers, following our business motto of ?customers for life?
Maintain strong knowledge base of all new vehicle makes and models
Follow up on all sales leads from a variety of sources (phone, walk-ins, newspaper ads, referrals, etc.)
Work with Sales Managers to ensure individual and department sales goals are met
Requirements:
Superior communication and customer service skills
Excellent follow-through skills
Ability to learn and understand manufacturer?s specifications
Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude
