Sales Representative Job Opening in Dayton, Ohio - What we're looking for:
A competitive and experienced salesperson who can actively sell renovation jobs anywhere in the Eastern United States area. He/she must be able to perform the following:
-discover job leads and follow-up
-actively communicate with clients to ensure job satisfaction
-schedule and spearhead sales activities
-create and cultivate a customer database
-maintain steady sales
-make sales calls to new and existing clients
-develop sales proposals
-prepare and present sales contracts
-watch competition and drive sales accordingly
-report all sales activity information to office management
-communicate with clients through phone, email, and in person
We have a main office location but we are also open to sellers who wish to work from home.
What we're about:
We are Eco Renovations, a small but knowledgeable and skillful remodeling company who specializes in services such as, but not limited to, painting, texturing, dry wall, paneling, ceiling repair, caulking, flooring, cabinetry, deck repair and install, roofing, power washing, and siding.
We primarily work with commercial jobs such as apartment complexes and businesses but are open to any available work. We are growing bigger each year and need some strong performing salespeople to grow with us!
Salesperson requirements:
-1-2 years of experience in sales required
-education in sales preferred but not required
-great customer service skills
-strong verbal and written communication skills
-pertinent computer skills
-negotiation skills
-persuasive and strategic
-energetic and driven personality
-honesty and integrity
