TightSeal Exteriors is looking for driven, well-spoken Junior Sales Associates to help build our Franklin location and achieve our goals of becoming the number one home improvement company in the nation. Associate you will be responsible for the following:
Learning and implementing TightSeal award winning marketing and selling approach
Promotion of TightSeal exclusive line of products
Generation of appointments for our outside sales team
Ongoing training and department meetings
As the voice of our company, you?ll be one of the first interactions we have with customers.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
$24,000 base salary with potential to earn additional bonuses between $10,000 and $46,000 annually
