Life & Health and Property & Casualty Insurance Sales / CSR Job Opening in dallas, Texas - Life & Health and Property & Casualty Insurance Sales / CSR LOCATION: The Henderson Agency/ Julie Henderson, ALLSTATE HOURS: Mon-Fri, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (limited event/organization participation) My agency is growing! We are an established agency - new owner and seeking a L&H, P&C sales producer to join our family team. This position is primarily responsible for L&H sales, but is expected to produce P&C sales as well as provide high level customer service. Our staff work together in handling new business processes, customer service requests/concerns, and general office tasks (i.e. phone, mail, marketing, etc.). Our agency is very active in the local and surrounding communities so this position will be expected to participate in community events, CoC meetings/luncheons, and various networking We love our our customers and feel it is important to enjoy what you do! REQUIRED : This position REQUIRES a current L&H and P&C license with proven experience in the insurance industry. This position requires a professional demeanor and appearance at all times. Individual must be dependable, respectable, trustworthy and have a high level of integrity. Must have a sparkling personality..."can-do" , positive and seek challenges! Willingness to expand knowledge, self-development, education and growth. (Previous ALLSTATE experience a plus!) * Current L&H and P&C license - REQUIRED * Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Outlook * Internet Savvy with high aptitude for learning new systems, programs/reports, etc.. * Able to multi-task, adapt quickly to change and prioritize * Strong organizational skills and detail oriented * Professional and effective communication skills (verbal and written) * Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills DUTIES include (but not limited to): * Sales (actively solicit new business) * Marketing (customer prospecting, outbound calls, cross-selling, advertising, reports) * Customer Service (process payments, assist with new claims, ) * General Office (phone, mail, fax/scan, files, T-Docs, reports) Please include a cover sheet w/ your pesonal synopsis and attach resume (Word or PDF doc) Serious inquiries only.
