Train as a sales and management associate with a defined path for successful career development. This is not a ?sink-or-swim? cattle call. We are seeking a highly motivated and confident individual in whom we are willing to invest a great deal.
This is a full time employment position in a Leadership Development Program during which the successful candidate will complete a progression of rotations throughout the company that will provide an excellent understanding of the various functions and departments.
In addition to the rotations, this individual will be expected to complete project work including competitor analysis, web site optimization, content development, and data base management.
The entire training program is intended to culminate in the advancement to a successful, high earning, long term, sales career.
