Schedule Coordinator Job Opening in Appleton, Wisconsin - Looking for a motivated individual, who has experience in the healthcare field, as a scheduler. This is a part time to full time opportunity.
Daily Care is a physician owned group, and our office is located in Appleton, WI. The group is continuing to grow, and we are looking for someone who is excited to grow with us. We have 35+ physicians in our group, and we work with 10+ facilities. The weekly hours to do this job are anticipated to be about 30+. Other duties will relate to the scheduling process, such as sending confirmation letters, and helping with the physician's lodging and travel accommodations.
We are integrating a new scheduling system that will be in place for the new scheduler. There will also be training provided.
Work experience desired:
-Physician Scheduling
-Ability to communicate with facility and physician about schedule changes and confirmations
-Ensures accuracy and timely confirmation of schedules
-Communicates effectively with team
