JAFCO Foods, a 30-year-old, national, family run, fast growing is looking for an Inside Sales Representative!.
In this highly visible role, you will be responsible for inside customer sales, order entry, customer service, ecommerce customer support, CRM management, and execution of other customer service functions.
Qualified candidates need to have a minimum of 1 ? 3 years in sales or customer service or related fields.
Essential Functions
Solicit and execute daily/weekly sales orders.
Manage a comprehensive CRM system.
Enter and manage all daily sales orders from outside sales team and existing customers.
Review orders for accuracy and areas of upselling.
Maintain daily outbound call quotas.
Identify new sales opportunities through both inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and email marketing.
Collaborate with Sales Team on strategic selling initiatives.
Manage and maintain all customer records in JAFCO?s ERP system.
Support sales initiatives to develop new dynamic and customer service solutions.
Support all functions of the Customer Service e department.
Strong phone skills and experience managing service and sales issues.
Essential Skills

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to lead, interface, and work effectively with other departments
The persistence to become a top performer in this dynamic industry
Experience with NetSuite or other Cloud Based ERP/CRM systems a PLUS.
