Full-Time Position - Norwood and Salem, MA
National Sleep & Respiratory is dedicated to providing the finest quality of care / customer service to our patients and referral sources. We are seeking an energetic and outgoing individual for a full-time sales and marketing respiratory therapist who will maintain a visible, positive attitude towards our patients and referral sources at all times. A pleasant and caring approach to each individual patient and referral source, particularly during times of high volume is a requirement. The candidate must possess superior multitasking abilities from clinical to sales. Competitive salary, car and mileage allowance, health benefits, and holiday/sick time. Massachusetts Respiratory Therapist certification required.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Respiratory Therapist / Sales & Marketing representative will function under the direct supervision of the CEO.
The Respiratory Therapist / Sales & Marketing representative is responsible for providing the set-up, administration and therapeutic use of home medical oxygen, sleep therapy equipment, and ventilator support as they relate to the patient in the home environment. This position is also responsible for the sales and marketing of National Sleep & Respiratory that includes establishing and maintaining relationships with doctors, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities and professionals.
Job Responsibilities
Delivers, sets up and maintains respiratory equipment for patients
Market respiratory services to local referral sources
Maintain and grow relationships with new healthcare facilities
Assists patients in their homes, healthcare facility, and/or our office
Work with senior management to develop and achieve monthly sales goals
Work with CPAP, BiPAP, oxygen, nebulizers, non-invasive ventilators, etc.
Serve as a liaison between hospitals, physicians and our clinical team
Educates customers in proper use and care of all respiratory equipment
Completes timely reports following setup and follow-up visits
Assists in resolving medical equipment problems or maintenance
Submits proper documentation to ensure reimbursement
Provides clinical respiratory services when ordered by a physician
Qualifications
Licensed Massachusetts Respiratory Therapist
Valid driver?s license
Highly organized with strong presentation skills
Able to build and maintain relationships with physicians and referral sources
