We are seeking a Revenue Cycle Business Development Manager to join our team! You will coordinate all activities of the sales operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven sales champion with prior experience in the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily sales operations
Establish sales goals and metrics
Resolve escalated customer complaints
Use in person meetings, social media, online tools, mailings etc to reach potential clients and generate business
Qualifications:
At least 3 years Previous experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical, hospital, medical billing or physician office setting
Strong leadership qualities
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent written and communication skills
Familiarity with CRM platforms or related software
At least a bachelor's degree
