SUMMARY:
As a Consultative Sales Representative, you will need to master the ins and outs of designing a variety of security and smart home systems in residential and small business settings. If you are a quick learner and love all things technology, plus have excellent consultative sales abilities, you can hit the ground running, selling systems and services to a wide array of clients by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Networks within professional organizations and community groups
Self-generates new sales leads through a variety of avenues
Calls on potential and existing clients and represent His Security in a professional manner
Explain security monitoring services and demonstrate alarm and smart home systems.
Examines client?s home or business and analyzes client?s requirements
Recommends system to meet client?s needs
Schedules client for installation of equipment and completes all necessary contractual paperwork
Build rapport, develop and expand client relationships with each customer by understanding individual and meeting their needs.
His Security is an independently locally-owned security/technology company. We are currently searching for a qualified, enthusiastic, hard-working and driven Consultative Sales Representative to join our company to serve residential and small business customers in the Metro Knoxville Area.
His Security specializes in all forms of modern high-end residential, commercial and industrial electronic security technologies and integration, including: Security, Access Systems, Structured Cabling, Video Surveillance Cameras, A/V and home theaters, as well as Smart Home Technology. We provide state-of-the-art security solutions from design to integration, with our experienced and certified staff cross-trained in the field of Information Technology for modern networked technology needs.
REQUIREMENTS:
2+ years of outside sales experience
Sales skills with high energy and ability to grow within this organization is a must
Degree from College or University; or minimum of three years related sales experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, pass a background check and become registered through the State of Tennessee Dept. of Commerce and Insurance
