Accounting Assistant/Bookkeeper Job Opening in Chesterland, Ohio - CG Accounting is hiring an Accounting Based in Chesterland, Ohio, CG has 25 years of experience providing high-quality accounting and bookkeeping services to clients in the Cleveland area and beyond.
To succeed at CG, the Accounting will have a strong work ethic, a passion for serving clients in a small-business environment, and at least three years of experience in:
Providing exceptional client service
Utilizing QuickBooks, both online and desktop versions
Payroll processing, including ongoing payroll reporting
Entering general ledger data and reconciling accounts
Multi-tasking and implementing methods of for clients based on their unique needs and business challenges
Typing and data-entry proficiency
Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Managing special projects
Experience with CS Professional Suite is preferred but not required.
This is an hourly position paying between $18 - $20 per hour, and includes single-coverage medical insurance and a SIMPLE IRA. Hours are 8:30AM - 5:00PM Monday through Friday.
