Assistant CFO Job Opening in Troy, Michigan - Trading company of Recycled Metals & Raw Materials products for the steel and non ferrous industry is looking for assistant CFO to direct manage and coordinate all of the companies financial activities.
You will be responsible for
Corporate Governance and Corporate Secretarial duties for the LLC and it's subsidiaries.
Asist with preperation and compliance with all local, state, and federal tax regulations and filings.
Assist in the Development, training and manage an effective staff
assist in all accounting and financial activity of the corporation, which adhere to company polices
Assist in human resources activities for the corporation
management information's systems activities for the corporation
You will have
A bachelors degree in accounting or finance
Open to Sponsor H1B Visa
Extensive experience in the trading sector or project led sales a plus
MBA certification a plus
Strong experience within a manufacturing environment a plus
