Community Housing Manager - Mill Pond Village Job Opening in lansing, Michigan - Community Housing Manager - Mill Pond Village Regional property management company is doing a national search for an experienced Property Manager to over-see a mid-sized Manufactured Housing Community in the Lansing area. We a seeking someone who works independently that takes pride and ownership of their community. This high-profile role is responsible for ensuring a positive experience for our residents by successfully managing all aspects of community. Skills to be successful you must have experience & knowledge with marketing, sales, budgeting and reporting, property management, customer service, maintenance and administrative skills. Requirements: ?Minimum 2 years of manufactured housing property management preferred ?Sales/leasing experience in an environment involving extensive resident and community relations ?Experience with supervising, managing and leading a team ?Excellent computer skills, as well as experience with financial budgeting/reporting processes and systems ?Availability to work weekends if needed ?Must be highly organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously ?Valid state driver?s license This position has a base salary with bonus potential.
