Internet Sales Specialist Job Opening in Allentown, Pennsylvania - Position: Internet Sales Specialist
Reports To: Internet Sales Manager
Summary
The primary responsibility of every Bennett Automotive Group team member is to deliver a premium retail experience to our clientele. The role of the Internet Sales Consultant is to achieve this goal by handling Internet leads that come in to multiple dealerships. The Internet Sales Specialist is expected to set appointments through phone calls and emails for interested parties to visit the dealership.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Support staff and clients by handling calls/emails
Outbound calls following up with internet leads and unsold showroom traffic
Inbound calls from sales customers
Answer customer questions promptly with honesty and accuracy
Track appointments, visits, and sales through Excel
Ensure we are responding to all leads within 15 minutes
Respond to customer email & chats
Confirm appointments and reschedule missed appointments
Make certain that Vin Solutions is used for all Internet customers and data entry with accurate information.
Interface with other department managers.
Complete the required e-learning courses
Attend all meetings and training when applicable

Who you should be
We are looking for a professional individual who is self-motivated and competitive. You should be comfortable on the phone and have proper grammar in emails. Automotive Sales is not a required prerequisite, but experience in sales is encouraged. You should be outgoing, quick on your feet, trainable, and numbers driven.
