Full-Time, Base Salary + Commission
As a Treehouse Construction Sales Representative, you will be responsible for acquiring new accounts for local (90-120 mile radius) market treehouse construction projects $35K and below.
Successful candidate will also responsible for working with the client to define their vision and have the ability to bring that vision to life by creating a detailed scope of work in pursuit of closing the sale. Candidate will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure that jobs have been planned and budgeted properly to client agreement.
Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Develop a productive, professional relationships with potential client
Manage accounts from initial sale to close out of project
Identify and grow opportunities within territory
Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the company?s available lines of business, services, pricing structures and sell into prospective customers
Develop and maintain an awareness of market behavior and competitive trends in designated market to anticipate changing customer needs
Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers? expectations
Ensure timely and successful delivery of our product according to customer needs and objective
Qualifications:
2 years proven history of sales with an emphasis or background in construction
Salesforce CRM experience a plus
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
Highly organized and efficient
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to travel between job projects
