Focus of this role:
This individual will prospect, build and optimize accounts within the Tulsa Marketplace. The focus will be to develop, increase, and grow accounts, resulting in additional revenue, gross profit and market share.
Details:
Utilize a strategic solutions sales approach to promote/sell products and value-added services
Discover, identify and approach high potential prospects
Prospecting and building a pipeline of potential accounts
Maintaining long term relationships with prospects and customers
Effectively communicate product, price and availability changes to customers Build customer/vendor relationships and partnerships through joint planning and sales calls
Submit and monitor orders utilizing CRM / inside sales force
Requirements and Qualifications:
Successful selling experience in a similar/related environment
Self-starter; ability to work well independently as well as excel in a team environment
Previous experience in a commissioned environment
Excellent and effective communication skills (verbal and written)
Personable, professional with a strong dedication to integrity and honesty
General computer knowledge/ CRM or Windows-based programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Competitive; thrives on achieving goals and solving problems
