Description
Responsibilities: Manages multiple processes within a tower and works across regional management to drive change in systems and processes via requirements and 'use test cases' using AGILE methodology. Engages on a deep level with management, typically reporting to contacts at a Tower level and addressing questions and concerns Collects and documents test information at a Tower process level. Familiar with AGILE methodology and Application Life Cycle (ALM) tool . Capable of collaborating with other TEST Leads across all Towers.
Knowledge and Skills:
Intermediate understanding of financial systems and processes.
Strong oral and written skills.
Expert proficiency in EXCEL (including pivot tables/macros).
Strong leadership skills.
Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize.
Job Type: Contract
