Accounting Specialist Job Opening in Round Rock, Texas - What you will be doing :
The main function of this position is to maintain accurate and reliable accounting records that are in compliance with company guidelines for responsible legal entities. You will be overseeing Finance Operation processes for two locations, to include AP/AR, GL, Costing, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
Responsibilities :
Help process A/P and A/R transactions
Assist with month end close process
Monthly financial reporting
Post month end journal entries
Prepare account reconciliations
Issue Ad Hoc invoicing and credits
Working hours : Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM
Qualifications :
--Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required
--5+ years' work experience in an accounting or finance environment, and 2+ years of management experience a plus, but not required.
--General Ledger accounting experience
--Proficient with MS Excel
--Familiar with SAP a big plus
--Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Full time, W-2, non-exempt position
Duration : One year assignment
