Follow up on leads and make sales calls to potential customers
Guide clients through home design, permit, & construction process
Prospecting realtors, architects, and engineers to develop working relationships
Lead qualification
Closing strategies
Ability to read blueprints and experience with building materials a plus
Good communication skills
Detail - oriented
Computer literate
Willing to work weekends
Some sales experience necessary, new construction sales experience a plus
