Responsibilities
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly membership acquisition goals through persistent and enthusiastic outreach
Customize the buying experience by encouraging involvement with our program packages to align with the unique needs, interests and goals of each prospective member
Recruit new members through outbound calling and lead generation
Initiate, develop and grow relationships with new and current members
Leverage new and existing relationships to maximize member referrals
Generate new ideas for recruitment
High School/College degree preferred
Positive attitude and energy as well as a passion for fitness
2 years of membership sales/recruitment experience in the field
Excellent communication, time management, organizational and follow-up skills
Enjoy working within a community environment
Flexible schedule, willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays
Social media savvy essential!
Fluency in Spanish or Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) a plus

Compensation: Straight commission
