Position Overview
Caravan Global is searching for a Sales Representative to join our growing team. As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of the company. The Outbound Sales Representative is responsible for calling on new and existing accounts to drive sales. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and a go-getter who is prepared to prospect, own, and develop their account and consistently deliver and excel on quarterly revenue targets.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Cultivate, prospect, and generate new accounts
Attend and work different trade shows and marketing events throughout the year.
Reach the suggested amount of calls and emails each day to ensure you are making your target goal
Opportunity for growth
Obtain customer information such as name, address into computers, as well as record reactions of prospects contacted
Assist with any other tasks assigned by manager
Requirements:
Successful previous experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Professional phone and email etiquette
Ability to multi-task
Detail-oriented with the ability to follow through on tasks.
Self-motivated, determined, creative and well organized
Must be a team player
Some travel required
Compensation:
Compensation based on experience.
Position is salary plus commission, medical, dental, plus 401k with company match.
