We are a locksmith company by trade, but specialize in electronic locking door hardware to a vast array of Access Control, Alarm and Building Integration companies, providing them with superior installations, customer service and support. We have been in business for over 35 years and continue to grow with our solid reputation as a leader in the industry.
Seeking:
We are looking for a well experienced, energetic Technical Sales & Support member with a positive attitude to join our growing team. You must be well versed in door locking hardware, have knowledge of access control systems, experience and understanding of low voltage and know the application and installation of mechanical and electrified door locking hardware as it relates to access control. Experience with CCTV cameras and Alarm Systems is a plus.
Function:
Sell door hardware, generate new leads, work with existing clients on their projects, perform job site surveys, attend on-site meetings, generate proposals with job descriptions, hardware descriptions and pricing, collaborate with team members in all departments, advise technicians of job requirements and invoice completed jobs.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate for this job will have a 10 years minimum experience in the locksmith or door hardware industry or a related field with an electric lock installation background.
2+ years of outside sales experience preferred.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Basic fundamental understanding of sales skills and techniques
Proficient computer skills (e.g., MS Office Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) a must.
Pass a background check

The employee is occasionally required to lift up to 50 pounds.
