We are looking for candidates who we are looking for in the Entry Level Sales Representative Role: We are looking for full-time sales consultants to take on immediate marketing/sales and account management responsibilities. This job involves one to one sales based interaction with business customers.
Compensation for this position is on a pay for performance basis. Applicants must be highly motivated, sports minded and competitive, well organized, ambitious, and "people first" oriented. We also seek candidates that desire a work environment where they are not micro-managed, yet can work well within a team setting. This is a challenging position but very rewarding, we want people to join our team that thrive in a company where they can grow based on their own merit.

Sales Representative Key Responsibilities:
Develop an understanding of current and future market trends that may impact Puro Sentido sales.
Monitor pipelines.
Prepare weekly sales forecasts.
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers in each territory, while facilitating ongoing product training and support.
Build long-term, quality relationships with our customers with professional, timely and accurate two-way communications.
Sales Representative Skills:
Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Strong relationship and networking skills.
Excellent time-management and phone skills.
Strong leadership skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively present information to customers, peers, and top management.
Commercially astute with strong negotiating skills.
Desire and dedication for a long term professional career
Proven experience conducting market analysis and identifying new territories.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Builds and maintains quality relations with existing assigned accounts, and increases account base and volume of sales on a consistent basis.
Contacts customers via telephone, correspondence or in person by traveling as frequently as necessary to meet and surpass profitable sales goals for the company.
Ability to create customized proposals to meet specific customer requirements in an efficient manner.
Maintains updated, organized files on all accounts in assigned territory.
Completes and submits sales reports each week on account activity, outstanding proposals, proposals secured and proposals lost with complete documentation.
Proven success in sales call strategies
Required experience:
2 years of Sales and Marketing experience.
Experience in Customer-service.
Education: Professional or High school diploma (2 years of Sales or marketing experience).
Advanced English Level
Preferred basic Spanish Level
