Accounting Training Specialist Job Opening in Springfield, Missouri - Position Summary

A Karmak Training Specialist position is responsible for providing our customers with effective and efficient training to help them utilize our Karmak software.
Karmak is looking for an outgoing, energetic accounting person to join our training team. This position is focused on accounting and will require someone with this knowledge to provide On-Site and Remote Training as well as Set-Up to existing and new Karmak customers. This position will require someone to have the skill set to train in person at Karmak, remote via a webinar, and on-site.
Essential Job Functions
Ability to train accounting users at all skill levels.
Use accounting knowledge to assist our customers with the transition to Karmak
Ability to understand accounting data and assist with conversion to Karmak
Ability to provide training in several different formats
Through Webinars
On location at Customer sites?
In the office with the Customer
Able to be a resource on special projects as assigned
Ability to understand Deployment processes
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Accounting degree or equivalent experience is a must!
Basic understanding of the business and industry of our customers is a plus
Basic understanding of how to approach and plan the training agenda
Basic knowledge of various learning styles and how to apply them
Ability to interpret different types of customer data and processes
Ability to work as a team within a rotating group of coworkers
Great customer service skills
Focus and be detail-oriented
Organizational and Communication skills
