Background Investigations is seeking candidates for a position at our Tualatin office!
This position is a 24 hour per week job share.
Duties include but are not limited to the following: Responsible for the receipt and daily posting of customer mailed AR payments. Research, reconcile, and document payment discrepancies on the customer account. Monitor AR aging and call customers to ensure prompt payment. Review/research invoices with open balances to determine if credits are due. Maintain AR payment documentation and related files. Complete deposit log. prepare deposits, and copy checks as needed. Daily entry of accounts payable.
Filing and records maintenance, accounts receivable and accounts payable files.
Assist with FCRA compliance on all new and existing accounts.
Minimum Qualifications: Qualified candidates will have at least two years of accounts receivable experience, an understanding of accounting procedures, accurate data entry skills, and the demonstrated ability to perform job duties with minimal supervision, prioritize assignments, and multi-task within restricted time constraints. Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise is a plus.
Compensation based on experience
