Administrative
Part Time to Full Time (30-40 hours weekly) position located in the Tualatin Area. We offer a full benefit package including comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, & matching 401k) and holiday/vacation pay.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Assists in the day-to-day accounting operations by performing the following duties;
Answers multi-line phones at corporate HQ.
Performs minor accounts payable data entry and other administrative support.
Conduct business document filing.
Schedules meetings and conference rooms.
Buy office supplies for all company locations.
Maintains punctual, regular and predictable attendance.
Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
