Full-time Maintenance Technician Job Opening in athens, Georgia - Full-time Maintenance Technician Full-time maintenance technician needed to help with maintenance requests at local apartment communities. Must be able to perform minor repairs that include, but are not limited to: painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall repair, and equipment installation. Heavy lifting of 50 lbs. or more may be required. They will also be responsible for making sure the grounds are kept clean and free of clutter by picking up trash and debris and perform other tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Director.
