Partial Employment Opportunity Job Opening in seattle, Washington - Partial Employment Opportunity Investment Product Wholesaler requires part time help to further leverage productivity Approximately 12 to 20 hours per week. Hours are generally flexible and much work can be done ?off site?, but Friday afternoons in Tacoma office are generally required. Responsibilities fall in 2 distinct areas 1. Administrative: a. Complete expense reports (often 20 to 30 expenses per week) in Concur software program including organizing / copying receipts, etc. b. Maintain data base of several thousand clients (Financial Advisors at major brokerage firms) in MARS software program c. Prepare sales packets including copying and collating various printed materials. c. Perform other miscellaneous tasks 2. Appointment Scheduling: a. Per detailed plans and instructions, call and / or email Financial Advisors (with whom I have had relationships often as long as 10 to 27 years and who generally cordial and highly receptive) and schedule both individual and group meetings and enter same into MARS calendar b. Prepare meeting agendas from existing templates and email to clients Compensation is hourly beginning at $10.00 per hour (no benefits) or higher if past experiences, qualifications, and attributes (reliability, initiative, efficiency, etc.) warrant. For demonstrated excellence in the performance of all duties, I am willing to pay significantly above $10 per hour.
