Sales Assistant Job Opening in salem, Oregon - Sales Assistant We are currently seeking an entry level inside sales assistant. Responsibilities include: ? Entering quotes and orders as directed. ? Follow specific and detailed instructions from various members of the company. ? Answer phones, take messages and communicate effectively with others. ? Provide support to the entire sales staff. Necessary qualifications: ? Must be computer literate, proficient with Excel skills and able to learn and adapt quickly. ? Strong math skills are essential. ? Attention to detail and the ability to retain information is extremely important. ? Possess strong communication and organizational skills. ? Ability to coordinate multiple projects in a fast paced work environment. ? High energy personality with a genuine interest in people. ? Some college preferred.
