Contract Management Job Opening in Omaha, Nebraska - Titan Medical Group is growing and we are looking for positive members to join our team. The Contract Manager will be responsible for the following:
Position Functions
Contract Management
Update internal information system by coordinating with Accounting, Credentialing and the Executive team.
Assist with legal compliance reporting (annual reports).
Assist with Quality Assurance Program related to employment documents.
Monitor competitive terms. Monitor customer satisfaction with our terms and conditions and contracting practices. Recommend changes.
Ensure that signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties to provide contract visibility and awareness, interpretation to support implementation.
Handle on-going issue and change management
Monitor transaction compliance (milestones, deliverables, invoicing etc.)
Oversee Service Level Agreement Compliance
Ensure contract close-out, extension or renewal.
