Inside Sales Representative Job Opening in Grand Rapids, Michigan - Inside Sales Job Description : We are looking for a talented, resourceful, energetic, and tenacious inside/virtual sales representative that will excel at turning prospects into customers of KRG. The ideal candidate is highly motivated to close business over the phone for specific KRG products and services. The successful candidate will have an important role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects, scheduling appointments and resources, maintaining positive customer relationships, providing sales support services, and closing virtual business. ?Earn while you Learn? in the exciting world of business technology sales as an Inside Sales Candidate with our ISR training program. The selected candidate can expect to be rigorously and thoroughly trained for success, as you pass through the phased KRG Inside Sales Boot-Camp Program.
Responsibilities:
Contact and qualify potential clients through outbound cold calls, emails, inbound leads, and marketing campaign support.
Articulate our corporate message and answer questions about our products and services.
Turn prospects into customers by closing new business over the phone on specified KRG products and services.
Provide sales support functions as directed.
Maintain and expand our Connectwise database of prospects within your assigned territory
Keep records of calls and note useful prospect information
Requirements:
Minimum 1 yr success as inside sales, telesales, relationship development, or customer service.
Experience successfully meeting call volume or quota expectations.
Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Able to work closely with supervisor to set activities, schedule, and objectives.
Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, report activity, and excellent documentation skills.
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (Connectwise and Microsoft Office).
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
Cool-tempered, able to handle rejection and overcome obstacles and barriers.
Professional demeanor, attire, and reliable transportation.
