Marketing & Sales Associate (IT Staffing) Job Opening in Gaithersburg, Maryland - We are looking for an experienced IT Marketing & Sales Associate who is well versed in technology contracting and temp/perm placements. You will also drive the interview process, gather feedback from the client and solidify acceptance and job placement starts. You will develop new relationships with clients, identify their IT resource needs and work with their recruiting team on submitting qualified candidates. A successful IT Marketing & Sales Associate will be able to foster existing client relationships, but also develop new accounts, clients, and partnerships.
Description
identify client needs, develop innovative strategies and solidify new business; exploring all facets of capabilities to successfully connect with clients
maximize optimal staffing operations through accurately and promptly preparing staffing employee paperwork and client billing
cold call (over the phone and in person) companies and develop client relations to promote market recognition and escalate staffing sales
match candidate?s skills, coordinate applicant interviews with clients and prep/debrief applicants before/after interviews
maintain accurate record of all sales efforts via the company CRM and ATS
communicate with clients and build strong relationships
quickly and calmly resolve issues as they arise
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a strong prospecting background via phone, social media and email platforms
2+ year of Technology Temporary or Permanent Placement Experience with successful placements as an Account/Sales Executive, opening up new accounts
Professional project and timeline management skills
Understanding of Information Technology terminology
Provide account management and service delivery support to client
Establish relationships with Hiring Manager, Procurement
Generate revenue and Gross Profit through building positive and long-term relationships with hiring managers (client)
Coordinate with recruiting team on open requirements
Coordinating with client to schedule candidate interviews and on boarding
COMPENSATION MODEL
At present this position is commission based. Your compensation will depend on the amount of revenue that you can generate. Total annual compensation target is $85k+ your first year, $115k+ your second year, and upwards. There is no cap to your compensation potential.
