Sales Representative Wine and Spirits Job Opening in Warwick, Rhode island - Description:
We are seeking a highly competitive and outgoing sales person to be on the road Monday through Friday. This person will be selling wine and spirits to bars, restaurants, and liquor stores throughout Rhode Island. There is an existing route that contains open and active accounts. The average day consists of 15 existing accounts and a minimum of 5 cold calls made. You need to be a self motivated road warrior who enjoys meeting new people, overcoming objections, and selling new products on a daily is a base salary of $31,200.00 per year plus commission that will add a minimum of $14,000.00 per year. Incentives are offered to increase your income even more. Also, gas expenses are provided.
Requirements:
You must supply your own reliable transportation. (Gas Expenses are provided)
You must maintain or exceed a minimum of 15% growth over last year's numbers within the accounts provided.
You must make at least 5 cold call per day to try to open new bars/restaurants.

You will be required to place new products in each account on a regular basis. (Samples are provided)
You must perform 4 in-store tastings per month as a minimum. (You will be paid for 4 of these)
Merchandising is required for each product in each account. (All point of sale materials are provided)
You will need to collect checks from each account when they are due.
You must attend all weekly sales meeting held every Monday at our home office/warehouse in Warwick, RI
