Overview
The Consultant ? Federal HR Analytics will join our established and growing business and play a key role supporting a newly awarded 5-year prime contract. The successful incumbent will interface with key federal client personnel, working onsite to ensure quality delivery of services that include workforce data analysis and visualization and the creation and distribution of standard analysis reports. The position involves running existing reports and creating new reports based on requirements to support federal customers. The Consultant - Federal HR Analytics will communicate results of analysis and recommendations to customers and provide guidance and training to junior team members. He/she will furthermore develop formal products for communication to OCHR leadership based on analysis results and document processes and procedures used to develop Analytics products.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Advanced degree preferred;
A minimum of 1 year of experience as a report author using Business Intelligence software (Cognos, SAP, Business Objects, etc) or experience writing SQL queries is required;
3 years of experience analyzing data to meet project and program objectives;
Must have, or be able to obtain, a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
