Front of House Service and Sales Specialist Job Opening in Bend, Oregon - We're a fully accredited environmental lab that does state regulated testing on cannabis (soon expanding into other markets), and we're looking for a Front of House Specialist that will often flex helping our Sales Team on generating leads and booking new clients.
Here's a breakdown of what the role would look like:
Be the go-to person for our customers, mastering what you do so you can provide a differentiated, one of a kind customer experience. This job isn't for the faint of heart. It requires self motivation, confidence, and a proactive attitude that is constantly advocating on behalf of the customer.
Duties
Data input, tracking, and product order processing.
Cold calling potential clients and building a relationship around our services.
Coordination with other departments for a "one and done" seamless customer experience
Take customer calls, and customer walk-ins, handle each interaction efficiently and with world-class service
Be open and adaptable to learning new technologies, processes, State compliance laws, and whatever other training might get thrown your way
Qualifications
OLCC requirement of 21 years of age or older
Highschool diploma or GED
Experience working in a customer service/sales role, or good understanding of customer service & sales oriented behaviors
Demonstrated competency in a Windows-based environment, including Microsoft Office, and Google Business Apps
Keyboarding proficiency
Internet & cloud based systems savvy
Ability to multi-task effectively
Ability to read and follow instructions for specific tasks
Ability to work as part of a team to achieve individual and team results
