We are seeking enthusiastic, motivated and experienced Contact Center Sales Representatives, Level I to consult and direct participants to fulfill their lifelong learning travel dreams -and beyond! Essential Functions:
Serve as the voice and personality of Road Scholar?s brand resonating quality customer service with all contact and communications
Meet, exceed, and fulfill customer requests and expectations
Utilizing solid sales skills, promote all appropriate programs: cross-selling, up-selling, sales & service techniques- with a consultative approach-- all participant contact points are potential opportunities
Effectively break down information and identify opportunities to gain customer loyalty, enrollment and trust
Educate customers with sound solutions-- increase enrollments and enhance customer experience
Take ownership of customer interaction and experience; build, nurture, maintain, and maximize solid customer relationships
Utilize solid judgment and understanding of company policy to effectively make decisions to resolve customer needs and issues
Identify, create, and generate key new business opportunities, customers and participants?build and maintain relationships to maximize all opportunities
Manage sales and customers calls with a positive approaches-- offering creative solutions and results
Connect and communicate with customers regularly -ask for referrals and seek new business
Quickly master resources, tools, and database systems to enroll participants into our programs by selling Road Scholar?s unique programs and services
Satisfy or exceed performance in accordance with goals, objectives and metrics for the role
Customer service quality assurance (continual/ongoing monitoring)-- and actively assist with long-term goals/objectives to improve & streamline efficiency overall in Participant Services Department
Additional Duties:
Offer outcomes through effective proven techniques and exemplary service
Forge ahead with best business decisions/practices -- sharing innovative ideas to increase enrollments and enhance overall customer service
Achieve monthly individual and team based targeted performance goals
Commit to treating customers and teammates with the utmost integrity and respect
Raise the bar for excellence in customer service
Assure sales calls and standards are consistently met, monitored and managed
Identify and position key opportunities
High Volume call responsibility
Attend training and continual research ?keep up to date with worldly geography and knowledge
Sales trainings?interest and aptitude for advancement, career growth, and challenges therein
Education and Experience:
Bachelor?s degree preferred
1-2 years? experience working in fast-paced, goal oriented and team based structured sales environment
Excellent communication, decision making, persuasion and closing skills a must!
Proficiency in Geography required
Customer service and sales experience
Results driven-- Enthusiastic, motivated, self starters
Strong CRM and computer skills -- willing to learn new software and programs
Reliability, flexibility, and commitment to rotating schedules
Focused, flexible and sales driven individuals who thrive (and enjoy) a multi-tasking fast-paced environment
Must have valid passport for travel.
Must have the ability to work from home with an internet connection
