Sales Associate - Portland, OR Job Opening in Portland, Oregon - Sales Associate needed for CherryWood Village, Portland's premier retirement community. CherryWood Village is a 13 acre community offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care. We are a family-owned and operated business whose success is based on the talent and dedication of our wonderful employees. Sales Associate responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop meaningful relationships with prospects over time
Utilize prospect centered selling techniques
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
Develop and maintain sales pipeline
Generate leads by developing and maintaining strong external relationships with industry professionals
Manage day-to-day activities with CRM system
Work closely with the team of Directors to ensure quality placement of potential clientele for IL/AL/MC
Collaborate with sales team to implement successful and productive events, creating a lasting impression for leads/lead sources
Meet or exceed Sales goals: 5 hours in selling zone per day, 2-3 Case studies per week, 3 home visits per week by the team, 2-3 creative follow ups per week.
All Leads are entered into CRM within 24 hours of receipt
Required Skills:
Two (2) years sales and marketing experience within a retirement community preferred
One (1) year experience within a memory care neighborhood preferred
Ability to thrive in both individual and collaborative team environments
Ability to cultivate personal relationships with prospects
Proven ability to cultivate and maintain strong external relationships with industry professionals who can provide qualified leads
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed quotas, driving occupancy
Excellent ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Flexibility with scheduling to support team sales efforts
Valid driver's license and ability to drive locally for external business development and home visits
Ability to travel as needed for training and workshops
