Outside Sales Consultants receive industry-leading training in the field of energy procurement, with an initial focus on the Texas market. We produce training videos, live, in-person training, on-your-site training and make many other materials available so that you have every opportunity to be an expert, second-to-none in this field.
Tools and support, second to none:
Powerful web-based CRM built to manage client contacts, contracts, sales reporting, follow-up assistance, real-time pricing, commission reporting, custom proposals, etc. Our 4-person developer team is constantly adding tools and features to help you achieve your best results!
Regular access to leads allowing you to conduct preliminary research so that you are well prepared to help on first-contact.
Call, email and preferably schedule visits with prospective clients to answer questions, introduce our company and show them how we can help. Many times, a sale is closed on first contact!
Work with Senior Energy Consultant team-leads for pricing, proposals, advice, paperwork, follow-up account-maintenance, sales assistance (especially for those ?whales? which justify a more sophisticated energy procurement plan) and continuing education.
Generous commission structure designed to provide immediate income and long-term residual compensation. Eisenbach Consulting provides semi-monthly commission reports, online reporting, special incentives and opportunities for advancement.
