District Sales and Operations Manager Job Opening in Norfolk, Virginia - Jiffy Lube offers a rewarding opportunity for a highly motivated professional who has a talent for getting their employees to successfully work hard for you. You should have a minimum of 3 years management experience in the service and retail industry. You must possess excellent employee relations skills and a strong ability to manage a business with full profit/loss accountability in a fast paced environment. Multi-unit management is a plus.
The primary function of the District Manager is to safely provide an excellent service experience for our customers. The District Manager oversees daily operation of multiple retail stores with full profit and loss responsibility. Additionally, District Managers are accountable for overall store safety, employee orientation and training, inventory, and point of sale reconciliation. Team building will be an important part of your job.
You must have a valid state driver?s license and exemplary driving record. You must also be able to pass a criminal background check. Salary range for 1st year District Manager is in the mid $40's to include salary, bonus and incentives and will be based on experience.
