RESPONSIBILITIES:
Product Demonstrations through webinars
General support of Sales Team from a technical aspect
Support pre & post sales issues including but not limited to:
Troubleshooting
Providing written & oral instruction on the usage of the products
Recommending best practices for different customer environments * Attending Trade Shows as needed
Some on-site customer visits possible (majority of job is in Sterling, VA office.)
Some travel, but not likely over 20%.
SKILLS:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Technical PC & Networking understanding
Strong understanding of Microsoft and Linux Operating Systems
Android and IOS Mobile Devices
Javascript
Angular and Node programing languages a plus
EXPERIENCE:
BA/BS or 3 years field experience
Previous experience in a Pre-Sales Engineering position.
Experience with channel / partner driven sales models
Marketing basic principles
Social Media Marketing
Inbound and Outbound Marketing Strategies
