We are seeking in-home sales reps with a background in consumer sales and/or a strong knowledge of hurricane impact windows! The position is 100% commission-based and our top reps are currently earning more than $250,000 annually! The Company believes in continually training its staff and the sales team is no exception. The Company provides its sales team with the tools and products necessary to be highly successful. The Company has an in-house call center that provides qualified leads to the sales staff on a daily basis. This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing company with an unlimited compensation ceiling.
Successful characteristics for the Company and Position:
In home sales experience preferably in the Window Business
Must have a sense of urgency; we have high volume and plenty of leads
Morning, evening and Saturday appointments available
Valid Driver?s License and Reliable transportation
MUST be a proven closer!!! Beasts and Monsters welcome!
Hunger! We pay up to 20% Commissions! Plus 50/50 overage splits!
