Inside Sales Manager Job Opening in Tampa, Florida - Job Title: Patient Relations Manager (Inside Sales Team Manager)

Wage/Hour Status: Exempt, salary plus bonus
Position Summary: The Patient Relations Manager for Regenerative Medicine Solutions and The Lung Institute is responsible for overseeing and managing the day to day operations of the Patient Relations team.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Manage the Patient Relations administration function and operational performance reporting, while streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, and advising senior management on creating an environment where customer service can flourish.
Assist Patient Relations Team in obtaining profitable results through developing the team through motivation, counselling, skills development and product knowledge development.
Ensure that all Patient Relations representatives activities are in accordance with the company values.
Responsible for the planning, direction, organization and control of Associate Patient Coordinators and Seminar Patient Coordinators to accomplish specific objectives.
Responsible for monitoring, training and onboarding performance of the APC to PC team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving patient relations reports and patient relations meetings.
Personally observe the performance of Patient Relations staff in person and via call recordings on a regular basis.
Provide high standards of ongoing training for the Associate Patient Coordinators and Seminar Patient Coordinators so that they possess sufficient medical and technical knowledge to present information on the company?s treatment options in an accurate and balanced manner.
Build team excitement and to motivate the team to meet goals.
Responsible for working with lead trainers to execute and implement an ongoing training program for new and existing staff.
Maintain individual pipeline with goals to be determined by direct report.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor?s degree
Experience: At least 5 years of sales experience, Sales Management experience preferred
Basic Areas of Knowledge and Skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel
Basic reporting and data analysis skills
Patient Relations and customer service experience required
Flexible working hours
