Accounts Payable Analyst, Team Lead Job Opening in New Iberia, Louisiana - Aggreko is a global leader in providing temporary power generation, temperature control and oil-free compressed air systems. We are seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and dependable Accounts Payable Analyst, Team Lead in the New Iberia, LA area. The Accounts Payable Analyst, Team Lead is responsible for front end AP processes including, validation, contracts, and mail distribution, research and reporting various accounts and processes, as well as to provide detailed information to internal audit regarding adherence to policies/controls. Other duties as assigned by management. Key Responsibilities:
Supervision of 3 Direct Reports
Front end AP processes including: validation of invoices, contract management and mail distribution
Weekly AP Checkrun
Setup and completion of bank wires as needed
Provide reports and maintain spreadsheets on a daily/monthly basis while also reporting relevant issues in a timely manner
Assist General Accounting Supervisor with balancing and various audits as requested
Process all documentation in accordance with the set guidelines for the department
Provide other various logs as instructed by the employee?s supervisor
Input information into various accounting systems as indicated by company guidelines
Provide backup support to team as needed
Build relationships by understanding and meeting or exceeding internal/external customer needs
Create and maintain a high level of organization for work processes
Work well as a team member and individual in a fast paced environment
Experience
High school diploma/ GED or equivalent years of relevant experience and/or training
3-5 years of relevant work experience
PC literacy in Microsoft Office environment and large ERP system
Attention to detail
Prioritize and respond with the appropriate sense of urgency
Establish performance goals, standards or benchmarks to develop measurements to identify results
