Administrative-Accounts Payable-Payroll Assistant Job Opening in Metairie, Louisiana - Advantage Medical Professionals, a leader in Healthcare Staffing for over 30 years is looking for a full time Payable/Payroll Assistant to work in our department to support our rapid growth in a fast paced environment.
Assistant Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
Some payroll experience preferred
Excellent computer skills including knowledge of spreadsheets, word processing, and database packages
Excellent mathematical skills
Ability to multi task and problem solve in an efficient manner
Dependable
Exceptional accuracy
Well organized & detailed oriented
Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
This full time position schedule is Monday-Friday Daytime hours. We offer benefits including vacation/sick time, paid holidays, life, medical, dental and vision insurance.
